Shorinji Kempo Toronto Branch, founded in May 1990, is an official branch of the Canadian Shorinji Kempo Federation (CSKF) and the World Shorinji Kempo Organization (WSKO).
We are a non-profit group.
Our goal is to pass on the teachings of Doshin So to future generations and support the growth of Shorinji Kempo more widely in Canada.
We actively participate in many Shorinji Kempo events including:
WSKO Taikai
WSKO Seminars
Annual Cornell Shorinji Kempo Camp
Joint Training Events with other WSKO Branches
Regional Taikai and Godorenshu
In 2003, our branch was presented with a Special Commendation Award by Yuuki So (Shorinji Kempo 2nd Shike) for our charitable activities.
